Join us for a night of perfect pairings: premium sips, curated tapas, and muy buena vibra. 🥂
For one special evening, we’re bringing together the bold spirit of Nordés Gin and the rich character of Carlos I Brandy, matched with a tasting menu designed to take you on a little Spanish journey.... Maricarmen style.

Carlos I Brandy with ginger ale and a wedge of lime
Paired with our Chorizo Inferno — flamed at the table with Carlos I Brandy 🔥 -

Carlos I Pedro Ximénez served neat
Paired with Maricarmen churros con chocolate (because dessert is non-negotiable)
