Terms and Conditions: ticketed events
1. Ticket Purchase: By purchasing a ticket for events at Maricarmen, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.

2. Refund Policy:
- Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 6 hours of ticket purchase,.
- For cancellations made after the initial 6-hour period, a partial refund will be issued, amounting to 75% of the ticket price.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made 48hrs before event date.
- In the event that Maricarmen cancels a event for any reason, attendees will receive a full refund of the ticket price.

3. Dress Code: We encourage attendees to dress in traditional Spanish attire to enhance the festive atmosphere of the event, although not necessary. Semi-casual attire is also acceptable

4. Event Etiquette:
- Maricarmen reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individual from the event for inappropriate behaviour or misconduct
- Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner and adhere to all event rules and regulations.

5. Accessibility: The venue is wheelchair accessible. If you have any specific accessibility requirements or concerns, please contact us in advance
6. Health and Safety: The health and safety of our attendees is our top priority. We will be implementing necessary measures to ensure a safe and enjoyable event experience.

7. Event Changes or Cancellations:
- Maricarmen reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, menu, or any other aspect of the event as deemed necessary.
- In the unlikely event of event cancellation, ticket holders will be notified promptly, and refunds will be issued in accordance with the refund policy outlined above.

8. Liability: Maricarmen accepts no liability for any loss, injury, or damage sustained by attendees during our event.s
9. Alcohol Policy:
- Alcohol will be served on-site to guests aged 18 and above.
- Please drink responsibly. Intoxicated individuals may be refused service or asked to leave the premises.
10. Late Arrival: While late arrivals are permitted, we kindly ask attendees to arrive on time as courses will be served promptly.
11. Lost or Stolen Items: Maricarmen is not responsible for any lost or stolen items during the event.
