General Information - The Maricarmen Gift Card is issued by Maricarmen located at 67 Great Ancoats St, Ancoats, Manchester M4 5AB. - By purchasing, using, or accepting our Gift Card, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. - Online booking is advised to ensure availability, please include a comment that a Gift Card will be used. 2. Redemption - The gift card is redeemable exclusively at Maricarmen for food and beverage purchases. - The gift card cannot be used for tips, delivery services, or any third-party products or services unless otherwise specified. - The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash. 3. Validity - The gift card is valid for 12 months. 4. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Cards - Maricarmen is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards. Treat your gift card as cash. In the event of loss or theft, please contact us immediately, but replacement is not guaranteed. 5. Fraud - Maricarmen reserves the right to refuse to honor a gift card where fraud, error, or violation of these terms is suspected. 6. Non-Refundable - Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit. 7. Transferability - The gift card is transferable and may be given as a gift. 8. Use Restrictions - The gift card cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, discounts, or special offers unless specifically allowed. 9.
