We’re popping up with an al fresco croqueta bar, handing out 1,000 FREE croquetas, and pouring £1 cañas (beer or cider). First come, first served — just swing by, soak up the sun, and snack away!

Domingo en familia – fiesta and jaleo indoors
Enjoy live flamenco and music with: Guacamaya band and Nuria, our beloved bailaora.
Plus our signature El Tableo service — where some lucky guests will score £1 tapas (just check under your plate!).

Founded yesterday, and forever young at heart — Maricarmen has spent the last year growing, learning, and playing like kids on Great Ancoats Street. From pop-up beginnings to becoming a neighbourhood favourite, we’ve poured our hearts (and plenty of sangria) into creating a space full of flavour, fun, and community. Now it’s time to say a big, loud ¡GRACIAS! the way we know best — with a weekend-long Spanish-style fiesta!
